Michael Schatzschneider, Director and Germany Representative for Euronext, has gained wide experience in corporate finance, in particular in ECM/DCM, M&A and in investment-research & valuation while working with BHF BANK and Commerzbank, among others. His sector expertise covers in particular TMT, Greentech and Healthcare.

Michael was Head of Financial Markets at Kirch Gruppe in Munich and held interims-CFO positions in various German SMEs. He holds a University Diploma in Business Administration (Dipl. Kfm.) from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt and is a Chartered European Financial Analyst (CEFA).
