Maximilian Lautenschläger

Maximilian Lautenschläger is the Sourcing Director and a Managing Partner of Iconiq Lab. Previously, he worked as a venture developer for one of the largest German company builders in the field of finance, where he worked on developing and launching two innovative FinTech platforms. While working for a private equity and venture capital asset manager, his passion for the alternative investment space grew and he became a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charter holder. Max has years of experience in business consulting, holds a BA in controlling and an MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. Currently he is advising several ICO projects and is working with the German Blockchain Association.
