Frederic Hofmann

Frederic Hofmann is a Managing Director at ING Ventures, the €300m fintech investment fund of ING Bank, and a member of its Investment Committee. In parallel he is co-founder and on the investment committee of Slamdunk Capital, a seed fund focused on investing into scalable European tech start-ups with which he has completed 13 investments.

Fred has 13 years principal investment experience completing over 40 transactions in both private equity and venture capital. He spent three years prior to ING Ventures investing in early and growth stage fintech companies as a Director at Anthemis, one of the world’s leading fintech venture capital firms, before which he worked for Goldman Sachs, Bridgepoint and Open Capital.
