Florian Petit

Florian Petit is an entrepreneur and roboticist. He studied and worked at TU München, Stanford University, the German Aerospace Center (DLR), and obtained a Ph.D. from ETH Zurich in the field of human aware robotics. After a break for sailing the world, he founded the LiDAR startup Blickfeld: His mission is to give sensor eyes to machines by building a scalable, high-performance LiDAR technology, thus enabling the success of IOT applications and autonomous driving.
