    Social entrepreneur/consultant-founder of foundation steps for children
    Founded his own market research company during his studies. CEO and chairman of the WBA Institute from 1972 to 1993. Sold major shares to the international market research chain Ipsos (Paris) in 1993. CEO of Ipsos Germany and member of the international management board of Ipsos until 2004.
    Left his profession as capitalistic entrepreneur to become a social entrepreneur. Launched 2006 his own foundation “steps for children” in Germany and the first sustainable social-entrepreneurial project “steps for children” in Namibia. General manager for 8 projects in Namibia as well as chairman of the board of trustees of the foundation “steps for children”.
    The foundation supports in Namibia each day more than 1000 children in need with meals and education.
    He also works as consultant and mediator.
